Now, im HBGAMES.ORG, there is a script allowing people to update through the internet, so we dont have to redownload every time.

Also: Wanna advertise your game? more people can play, then you add advertisements and have some premium items to cover up the fees and earn some cash

Unforunately, you can't go commercial with this game. (Commercial = Anything with money).(That is, if you're using the Vampyr System. If you're using your own, that's fine.) I'm only warning you guys about this because I don't want you to get sued, as this seems like a pretty good community. If you want to know where I found that you can't use it commercially, I found it here. He also registered it with a Creative Commons License that said you couldn't use it commercially either. So have fun developing your own system if you're using the Vampyr one...

Yeah with the tiles we are using we can't make any money off the game also

i never said anything about making the game commercial, but an item shop should be perfectly legal to help fund the server costs i pay.

Commercial use, like I said in the Vampyr forums, is gaining economical wealth with a product whether it be buying the entire game, or buying items from a game (For instance : Nexon's Maplestory is a commercial game because you can buy items to further your gaming experience), and since this is a product based off Vlad's Vampyr Net Gaming system which is licensed under Creative Commons to NOT be used for commercial use, you can't gain money using it at all, whether it be through an item shop or not.
